We ended up in a multiple offer situation within 24 hours of it being listed and got OVER ASKING... all of this for a CONDO sale, in a BUYERS' MARKET, when condo prices are on the decline! He even went as far as to secure a signed backup offer so we could sleep easy until conditions were met. Phenomenal! In terms of helping us find our home, he went to countless showings and never rushed us into a purchase. We learned so much from simply touring homes with him, as he had us consider elements of a home that we would have never thought to consider. You could tell he truly cared that we ended up in the place that was perfect for us. We ended up with a property that ticked off all of our boxes and is better than we ever dreamed of! His knowledge, experience and kindness made a stressful process feel easy! We will now be the friends raving about our realtor to everyone we know -- Michael is simply the BEST!

Hello to everyone, I am honestly no one to do reviews, but I will love to share the amazing care and how good and easy Michael made our purchase for our first rental property out in Calgary, we are from Ontario and he went above and beyond even changing personal plans just so he was able to accomodate our times that we were able to fly to Calgary, the amount of communication really made us feel as if we were next to him in calgary each and every time, his quick replies and how he kept everything on schedule and went above and beyond making sure that we had the mortgage the lawyers and everything was incredible.
