    Hello to everyone, I am honestly not one to do reviews, but I will love to share the amazing care and how good and easy Michael made our purchase for our first rental property out in Calgary, we are from Ontario and he went above and beyond even changing personal plans just so he was able to accommodate our times that we were able to fly to Calgary, the amount of communication really made us feel as if we were next to him in Calgary each and every time, his quick replies and how he kept everything on schedule and went above and beyond making sure that we had the mortgage the lawyers and everything was incredible. I really can not speak enough as to how Michael really became more like part of the team, like family for us and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family and i do know for a fact that moving forward he is the only realtor I will ever used in Calgary. 5 stars do not do justice to the welcoming, the treatment, the level of communication, patience and much more that Michael offer to us. Thank you Michael for all your work, time and effort you put on to our team and thank you for the gesture of sending a gift when I really was ready to give up and can not wait to do our next project together we all love you and we all thank you for all you did from day one and until today.
