Calgary Sold Prices: See What Homes Actually Sold For

By Michael Smith, Michael Smith Team, Real Broker | Last updated: November 2026

A list price is the seller's hope. A sold price is what a buyer actually paid. See recently sold homes across NW, SW and SE Calgary with a free account. It takes about 30 seconds.

Here's what you'll see when you sign in

10,000+ sold homes across Calgary are waiting in the search.

Why it's free, and why it's worth 30 seconds

1. You see what buyers actually paid.

Sold price next to list price, plus the sold date and how many days the home took to sell. The gap between asking and sold shows how much room there really was to negotiate.

2. You decide with facts, not guesses.

Buying? You'll know what a fair offer looks like. Selling? You'll see what homes like yours really got. It answers the question everyone asks: what did that house sell for?

3. It's free because we'd rather earn your trust first.

No cost and no obligation. Plenty of people watch sold prices for months before they buy or sell. When you're ready to move, we hope you'll call us. If you want a number for your own home, we'll do a free home evaluation.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need an account to see sold prices?

Sold prices are part of the free account on our website. Sign up once and they're there whenever you log in. Everything else on this page, including the CREB community stats below, is open to everyone.

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to buy or sell. A member of our team may reach out to see if you have questions, and you can unsubscribe from emails any time.

What will I see for each home?

The sold price, the list price, the sold date and how many days the home took to sell.

How recent are the sold prices?

Sold prices come from the MLS® System through our website feed, so new sales show up as the feed updates. You can usually look back about three years.

Can I see what my neighbour's house sold for?

In most cases, yes. Once you have a free account, you can look up homes on your street that sold through the MLS® System. Homes sold privately, without an MLS® listing, won't appear. Sold details stay inside your free account. We keep our ads and public pages focused on the neighbourhood, not on any one home.

Short answer: From January to September 2026, CREB's year-to-date benchmark price for a typical detached home ranged from about $582,000 in Bridlewood to just over $2 million in Britannia, across the NW, SW and SE communities below (CREB, community data, Jan–Sep 2026). The city-wide benchmark for all home types was $566,700 in September 2026 (CREB, City of Calgary Monthly Stats Package, September 2026).

What's a benchmark price? It's CREB's estimate of what a "typical" home in that community would sell for. It's not an actual sale. That's what makes it useful for comparing areas. To see real sold prices for individual homes, create your free account.
